CCDC reimbursed the development for the public streetscape improvements made on 22 nd Street and Fairview Avenue through the Type 1 Participation Program. The Fairview streetscapes were constructed as a "Green Street" and 22 nd Street as an "Urban Concrete" per the Boise Streetscape Standards and Specifications Manual. Eligible expenses. the Centre City Streetscape Manual, and the approval of a corresponding amendment to the City's Local Coastal Program. The Project area encompasses approximately 1, acres and covers four sub areas: Columbia Sub Area. Marina Sub Area, Gaslamp Quarter Sub Area, and the Expansion Sub Area.
